We will happily accept returns of any full-price pieces bought online for a store credit, exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the terms of our online return policy.
If items are received outside of this period, your item will be returned to you.
Shipping
- Orders placed with Label House By Soni Sandhu will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
- A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
- Postage and handling charges include a tracking number. You will be emailed these details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Method: DHL Express. Price of postage is subject to location and weight of goods.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours on an express service. However, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to ship. Please note during peak periods (sale, public holidays or new collection launches) order processing time may take longer.
