WHAT IS SS REWARDS?
- SS Rewards is our thank you to the Homies for loving and supporting our craft. When you join the house, you will unlock special offers and exclusive rewards which can be granted when you engage with your account, such as making a purchase, referring a Homie and sharing your support on social media.
- You’ll receive 5 coins for every $1 spent on your account, granting you access to discount coupons and exclusive rewards.
- The discount coupons and rewards you receive cannot be used in conjunction with a Gift Card or any other coupon.
- Sign up to our Newsletter to receive even more rewards, early access, special offers and latest news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
HOW DO I EARN COINS?
- You can only earn coins once you have joined the house, coins cannot be redeemed from any orders made out of your account. Log in or Sign up HERE
- Start earning Coins:
Purchases: Earn 5 coins for every $1 spent
Birthday coins: A little something from the Soni Sandhu’s team on your birthday, celebrate with an extra 100 Coins added to your balance.
Refer a Homie: You and your Homie will both receive a $10 coupon for your purchase of $50 or more, once your Homie has made their purchase first you will then receive your coupon. You can refer as many of your Homies as you like! Good times!

HOW DO I REDEEM COINS?
Click the ‘SS Rewards’ button on the bottom left-hand corner of the page. Make sure you are signed in to your account and select ‘Ways to redeem’. There you can select how many coins you would like to redeem for a coupon in sets of $1, $2, $3 and so on, you can then use the coupon in your next Soni Sandhu purchase!
100 coins = $1 off
200 coins = $2 off
300 coins = $3 off
The discount coupons and rewards you receive cannot be used in conjunction with a Gift Card or any other coupon.
HOW DO I CHECK MY COINS BALANCE?
You can check your coin balance by clicking the ‘SS Rewards’ button on the bottom left corner of the page.
Your coins balance will appear at the top.
If you cannot see your coin balance, make sure you are logged in.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A SS REWARDS ACCOUNT?
Yes! Everyone is eligible to join the house and start earning coins, sign up HERE!
CAN I USE MY COUPON WITH A GIFT CARD OR ANY OTHER COUPON?
No. The discount coupons and rewards you receive cannot be used in conjunction with a Gift Card, shipping discount or any other coupon.
WILL MY COINS EXPIRE?
Coins are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF COINS HAVE NOT BEEN ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Coins will be added to your account within 24 hours of your qualifying purchase. If you believe points you are entitled to have not been added to your account please email info@labelhousebyss.com with your order number and account email.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO LEAVE THE SS REWARDS PROGRAMME?
We are sorry to see you go! If you want to stop receiving emails from Label House by Soni Sandhu, email us at info@labelhousebyss.com
Please note, once your account has been deactivated you will lose your current points balance.
If you wish to re-enroll in the programme you can get in touch with us again at info@labelhousebyss.com, however, your coins balance will restart at zero.
WHY HAS MY COIN BALANCE GONE DOWN?
If you or one of your referral Homies cancels or returns an order this could affect your coin balance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
When a refund is issued in accordance with our returns policy, any points you earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your coin balance.
