Returns & Exchanges

The team Label House By Soni Sandhu will do everything we can to help you find a piece you can treasure for seasons to come. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or would like us to send styling tips relating to your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to exchange or return please go to our returns portal here, we ask that you please contact us before returning the item(s).

• Email us at info@labelhousebyss.com before the garment is sent back.
• When sending returns back, please return to the provided address in a waterproof bag via tracked courier.
• Refunds are only available on full priced items.
• Sale price items can only be returned for a Store/Online Credit or Exchange.
• In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include the reason for returning, your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require a refund, exchange or credit.

All full priced & Sale item returns must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice. The item(s) must be returned unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached. Otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

• We have the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.

We will happily accept returns of any full-price pieces bought online for a store credit, exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the terms of our online return policy. If items are received outside of this period, your item will be returned to you.
